Tdap Immunization
All Students Entering the 8th Grade Require Tdap Immunization
The Missouri Department of Health requires students entering the 8th grade to have a Tdap immunization (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis). Your child may receive the immunization from a physician or the Howell County Health Department (256-7078). If you have insurance, you may also make an appointment with the OMC/Zizzer Clinic (417-505-7123). Please call to make your appointment as soon as possible as there could be a wait time. After your child receives the immunization, please bring a copy of the record to the school nurse's office for documentation.
